We hosted our corporate gala at Waterside, and I must say, the atmosphere is just elegant. The team was highly professional and made everything run smoothly. A few hiccups with the audio-visual equipment, but they were resolved promptly. Overall, a great experience!

Yes, our private event space is perfect for various luxurious celebrations.

What Is Your Alcohol Policy?

All alcohol must be purchased solely through Waterside Restaurant and Catering. No outside liquor is permitted.

Can I Host My Wedding Ceremony At Waterside?

Absolutely, provided you are also hosting your wedding reception at Waterside. Weather permitting, couples can have their ceremony outdoors along the Hudson River Waterfront.

Do You Offer Tours Of The Space?

Yes, tours are available seven days a week, with recommendations to visit during the week when availability is better.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. Clients will be responsible for the full amount as per their contract.

Is The Venue Handicapped Accessible?

Yes.

What Are My Decor Options?

You may bring any type of decor; however, decorators must have insurance. If you provide decor personally, you are responsible for any damage.

I'm Ready To Book, How Do I Hold The Date?

To book the date, a first deposit along with a signed contract is necessary.

What Is Included With Venue Rental?

Waterside provides all food and beverage, including tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, lighting, and lounge furniture.

When Can My Vendors And Guests Be Present Onsite?

Vendors can access the space at least 2 hours before the event; guests may enter only at the start time of the event.

What Is The Capacity Of Each Space?

Ocean Room – 40 guests, River Room – 75 guests, Second Floor – up to 135 seated with dance floor, 225 cocktail style, Third Floor – 225 seated with dance floor, 250 without.
