help_outline What is the deposit schedule?
An initial deposit of 25% of the expected wedding total is required to reserve a date, along with a signed contract. An additional 25% is due 9 months before the event, followed by 40% due 6 months prior. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior based on the final guest count.
help_outline Do you allow outside food or caterers?
As a full-service catering facility, outside food or catering is not permitted, except for the wedding cake, which we can serve at no extra cost.
help_outline Are your packages all-inclusive?
Yes, all package prices include 6% PA Sales Tax and a 20% service charge, covering food, beverages, glassware, silverware, china, and standard cotton linens. Additional decor is not included.

Yes, on-site ceremonies can be held at our Grand View Terrace or Grand View Room, with fees of $1000 for up to 79 guests and $1500 for 80 or more.

Receptions are scheduled for five hours, with an hour for guest arrival and the ceremony. We accommodate only one wedding per day.

Yes, a Bridal Suite is available from 9:00 AM on the wedding day with light refreshments and a coordinator present. A $350 rental fee applies for off-site ceremonies.

Weddings typically follow a timeline such as: 3:30 PM-4:00 PM Guest Arrival, 4:00 PM-4:30 PM Ceremony, 4:30 PM-5:30 PM Cocktail Hour, 5:30 PM-9:30 PM Dinner & Reception. Extra time can be purchased at $300 per half-hour.
