Our inside wedding venue is perfect for up to 50 guests, including the bridal party, while our outdoor property accommodates up to 250 guests.

At this time, we ask that you call for our availability.
help_outline When are the payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
To hold your date, a 50% deposit is due when signing the contract. An additional 25% is due six months prior to the event, with the final balance required 60 days before the wedding.

To reserve a date, email us at chandelier.oaks@gmail.com expressing your preferred date, along with a backup date.
help_outline Do I need to schedule a tour, or can I just stop by?
We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only.

No, there is not.

No, we only host one wedding each day.

There are accommodations at Chandelier Oaks and many nearby VRBO/Airbnb options. Local hotels include Econolodge Inn & Suites, Hollywood Casino & Resort, and the Pearl Hotel.

No, we do not cater but can provide a list of preferred vendors.

No, except in our most exclusive packages. Linens can be rented through us.

Yes, but only with pre-approval by Felia. Specific rules apply.

No, because cancellations are unpredictable.
help_outline What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
You will have access at the time specified in your contract.

We do not consider our staff as wedding day coordinators but we have a team leader to assist you.

We suggest 5 PM for Fridays, between 4-5 PM for Saturdays, and 4 PM for Sundays.

No, fireworks and sparklers are not permitted.
help_outline Can vehicles be left overnight?
Only registered guests at Chandelier Oaks may park overnight.
help_outline What time does the music need to end?
Music must end by 10:30 PM on Fridays/Saturdays and by 9:30 PM on Sundays.
