Yes, you're allowed to have candles in the barn and pavilion, but they must be in glass and placed on tables.

Setup can begin as early as 11 AM on Friday.

We set up the requested number of tables and chairs inside the Barn and Pavilion, usually in semi-circles by the windows. You may provide a layout sketch, while decorations are managed by the wedding party or caterer.

We provide 165 wooden slatted chairs, 165 white plastic chairs, 20 five-foot round tables (seating 8), 7 four-foot round tables (seating 6), one large 10'x3' buffet table, three 2.5'x8' buffet tables, and one 3' round cake table. Any additional rentals are your responsibility.

The barn is equipped with four overhead lights, 19 wall lights, and seven balcony overhead lights, all of which can be dimmed. Natural light is abundant due to 34 windows.
