What types of images can I upload to WEDDINGvortex?

Images should be rated G. Accepted formats are .jpg, .jpeg, and .gif. The maximum file size is 20 MB, and the optimal resolution is 72 dpi with a recommended size of 614x400 pixels.

Why are the images I uploaded stretching?

Images need a horizontal orientation to avoid stretching. If using a vertical image, please edit it to add color space on the sides to fit properly.

How do I update my storefront or portfolio?

Sign in, select 'Create Local Artist Portfolio', click 'UPGRADE/EDIT STOREFRONT' or 'EDIT MY PORTFOLIO', delete unwanted images, clear cache, upload new images, and then click 'update'. New images may take up to 24 hours to be approved and appear.

How long until I see my new page on WEDDINGvortex?

It can take about 24 hours for new pages to be visible as all content requires approval first.

What if my new images still show old images in the preview?

You may need to reload your browser or clear your cache to see the updates. If problems persist, contact support for assistance.
