The Crawford House was the perfect venue for our wedding! The beautiful gardens and indoor space made for a stunning backdrop, and their team was incredibly helpful. We felt so cared for throughout the planning process and on our big day.

The Crawford House is a lovely venue with a lot of character. We loved the historic charm and spaciousness. The coordination team did a great job, but there were a couple of minor hiccups that we worked through seamlessly.

What do you charge and what does it include?

How late can my reception last?

Reception events can last until 9 PM from Sunday to Thursday and until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday (Last call is at 10:30 PM for alcohol).

How late can we play music?

Amplified sound can be played outdoors until 9 PM Sunday through Thursday and until 10 PM Friday and Saturday.

What if I have to cancel or re-schedule?

Payments made are non-refundable except for the refundable security deposit. If you need to reschedule, a credit will be transferred to your account once the new date is booked.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house, on porches, or near the steps of the estate.

Can I use my own caterer, florist, planner?

Yes, you may use your own vendors, but they need to provide proof of insurance and must be licensed for bar services.

What does the average wedding cost at your venue?

As a new venue, we have limited data, but we aim to accommodate different budgets. We believe you can have a lovely wedding for as low as $3,000, though it may differ from a $40,000 celebration.

Can our dog/pet be in our wedding?

We are a pet-friendly venue with prior written approval. Pets must be leashed and supervised by someone other than the bridal party.

Do you staff the event?

A team member will be on site to assist with questions and vendor coordination throughout your event, though we recommend hiring a day-of coordinator.

Are your dressing rooms stocked with water and snacks?

We will provide essential snacks and water, but we recommend bringing your own favorites for convenience.

Can we use the kitchen?

The kitchen is available for prepping and staging purposes, but no cooking is allowed.

Where do guests park?

Parking options include on-site for small events, nearby street parking, and larger events may use adjacent lots or recommended shuttles.

Can we stay overnight?

Overnight accommodations are not available as we are not zoned for that.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

We require hiring a licensed and insured bartender for alcohol service, but we can provide recommendations.

Do you offer any other services or packages?

Yes, we offer wedding and rehearsal dinner planning, linen packages, floral arrangements, and decor options.
