We had a lovely wedding at Providence Barn. The space was very charming and rustic. Staff was helpful, though we did experience a bit of a wait for setup. Overall, a wonderful choice for a wedding venue!

Our wedding season runs from May 1st to November 30th. Dates outside of these may be available upon request.
help_outline Will you coordinate directly with my vendors?
Yes! Please return the vendor form to us no later than one (1) month prior to your scheduled wedding. Our onsite venue coordinator will work with each vendor to ensure a seamless event.
help_outline What is included in my venue rental?
The rental includes use of Providence Barn, English Barn, coordinator services, parking, basic décor, electrical outlets for outdoor events and vendors, plumbed bathrooms, disposal services, landscape recovery, a bridal suite for day-of preparation, and on-site assistance with setup and clean-up.
help_outline Do you have rain accommodations?
Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor event locations available. Our options are flexible, and we’ll work to accommodate your vision for your event, including unexpected weather conditions. Our event coordinator will assist with all ceremony/event details.
help_outline What should I know about bringing in my caterer?
All onsite caterers must be certified through the NYS Department of Health and provide proof of liability insurance along with a serving license. They are also required to have full staff for setup and cleanup. Catering details need to be confirmed and provided to us at least one month prior to your event.
