Does the barn have indoor bathrooms?

Yes, we have indoor bathrooms located near the barn.

How much of a deposit do I need?

A deposit of $2000 is required to reserve your date.

Are deposits refundable?

If you cancel your event for any reason up to 6 months prior, any money collected will be refunded except for the $2000 deposit.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a $500 security deposit is required 60 days prior to your event.

When can we start decorating?

You can begin decorating at 8 a.m. on the day of your wedding.

Will the caterers have a prep area?

Yes, there will be a table, sink, and refrigerator available for your caterers.

Is the barn handicapped accessible?

Yes, the barn is handicapped accessible, and a golf cart can be provided upon request.

Is a tent included in the price?

No, a tent is not included in the pricing.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes, we provide 37 round tables (60”) and 500 chairs.

Are linens or chair covers provided?

White table linens are included; other colors can be rented. Ivory chair covers are available for an additional charge.

Do you have twinkle lights and other decor?

Yes, twinkle lights and white curtains will be available.

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes, but you must purchase liquor through Clucker’s in Corydon or Schnitzelbank in Jasper.

Do you allow pets?

Pets may be part of your ceremony but are not allowed inside the cabins unless crated in a designated area.

Do you allow candles inside the barn?

Yes, candles are permitted inside the barn.

What time does the music have to end?

Music must end by 11:00 p.m., and the event must conclude by midnight.

Does the barn have air conditioning or heat?

No, but we provide ceiling fans for air circulation.

Do you spray for mosquitoes?

Yes, the grounds will be sprayed the day before your event.

Will the bride and groom need to purchase event insurance?

Yes, event insurance must be purchased, and a copy of the policy submitted 60 days prior to the event.

What are the rules regarding cleanup?

All trash must be disposed of in the provided bins, and the property must be free of debris and decorations to avoid a $450 cleaning fee.
