Fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location felt secure. The bell staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us with our bags. A great pick for Chicago!

The atmosphere at The Blackstone is enchanting, steeped in history. The newly renovated spaces are a nice touch, but I found the dining options a bit limited. Still, a lovely place to stay when visiting Chicago.
