help_outline What is the maximum number of guests?
We can host up to 100 guests. We provide 100 garden chairs for outdoor ceremonies and tables and chairs for 100 guests in Hummingbird Hall.
help_outline Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a $1,000 discount off the weekend rate and $500 off the weekday rate for active duty military and first responders, provided either the bride or groom is currently serving. We also have periodic promotional discounts from local bridal shows.

We provide 100 garden chairs for outdoor ceremonies and tables and chairs for 100 guests inside Hummingbird Hall, but we do not provide linens. These can be arranged through your caterer or an outside vendor.

Our Hummingbird Hall can be arranged to accommodate indoor ceremonies and receptions if the weather does not cooperate.

We require couples to hire at least a day-of coordinator. The coordinator needs to attend the walk-through and provide the venue manager with the event schedule at least one week before the event.

Yes, outside vendors are welcome but must be pre-approved and provide proof of insurance at least 45 days before the event.

Yes, alcohol is allowed, and clients can bring their own, but it must be served by a TABC-certified and insured bartender.

Yes, two police officers are required during the event, and we can arrange this through the Comal County Sheriff's Department.

No, we are a non-smoking venue. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside buildings and only allowed in designated areas outside.
