help_outline Who will be my Wedding Coordinator? And how can we contact them during our planning process?
Your Wedding coordinator will serve as your primary support throughout the planning of your wedding. We strive to provide you with a consistent point of contact, and any changes will be communicated promptly.
help_outline Is our coordinator there on the day too?
Yes, your Wedding coordinator will be on-site throughout most of your wedding day. Additionally, a dedicated Banqueting Manager will be available for the entire day and will meet with you before the event, typically during your tasting.
help_outline Is there a payment schedule for our Wedding?
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required. After confirmation, you will receive a detailed payment schedule, which includes an installment due six months before your wedding and the final balance one month prior. If the booking is made within six months of the wedding, a larger deposit will apply.
help_outline When are final details and numbers needed for our Wedding?
Two months before your wedding, you will attend a consultation with your coordinator to go through the event details. While most final details will be finalized at this meeting, you can confirm your final guest count one month before the ceremony.
help_outline How do I arrange our Wedding ceremony?
While the Kings Chapel is licensed for Civil Ceremonies, you must coordinate the specifics with the Beaconsfield registry office. They are available Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM at 01494 475205.
help_outline What time do I have access from prior to our Wedding?
You are guaranteed access to the venue from 10 AM on your wedding day. We will inform you of any earlier access possibilities the week before your event.
help_outline What time can guests check in and out?
Guest check-in is set for 3 PM. Although early check-ins may be accommodated, this cannot always be guaranteed.
help_outline Do you have a recommended DJ or can we bring our own? Are there any sound restrictions?
We recommend Showtime Events & Productions as a preferred DJ. However, you are welcome to hire your own. Please note that all music must be kept under 95 decibels due to a sound limiter.
help_outline Do you supply any decorations or can we decorate the Chapel and outside areas as we like? Are there any restrictions?
Included in every wedding are mirror plate centerpieces, hurricane vases, and pillar candles. You may add your own decorations but should avoid damaging the venue to prevent additional charges.
help_outline Can we have fireworks, Chinese lanterns or sparklers in the evening?
Fireworks and Chinese lanterns are not permitted. Sparklers may be used with prior approval from your coordinator and must follow safety guidelines.

Yes, biodegradable confetti and real petals are allowed. Other types of confetti (like foil or faux petals) may incur cleaning fees.
help_outline Does the venue allow corkage?
Corkage is not permitted, nor may you consume your own beverages on-site. If you wish for a specific product to be provided, please discuss it with your coordinator.
