Can I play music outside?
Yes, music can be played outside during daylight hours and during outdoor ceremonies.

What time can I arrive the day of my wedding?
We personally do not set the times. We allow whoever is doing hair and make-up to make that call. We have opened the doors as early as 6am.

What time can my vendors arrive the day of my wedding?
Vendors are welcome to come at their convenience to set up since we never leave the venue unattended.

Who sets up and takes down the tables and chairs for my event?
Southern Soirées & More staff sets up all the tables and chairs and the cleaning crew handles their removal.

Do I need to clean after my event?
Cleaning fees are included in the venue rental, so cleaning is not necessary, but any major issues should be reported to staff.

Am I allowed to bring in my own décor?
Yes, you can bring in your own décor and customize your event, but décor rental services are also offered.

Yes, sparkler exits are allowed and are a favorite!

The maximum capacity is 300 guests.

Do you offer a payment plan?
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date; the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Outside alcohol is prohibited; however, Southern Soirées offers a full-service bar with options for liquor packages.

Yes, you may hire your own vendors; however, there's a $250 kitchen fee if you do not use a licensed caterer.

It's encouraged to buy day of insurance. WedSafe is a recommended source.
